Complex forge equipment, which allows to manufacture almost all the most frequently used elements of artistic forge work. This tool processes a metal strap with the maximum section of 40x8 mm, a rod with a square section up to 20x20 mm, and a stick with a round section – up to18 mm. The main functions are manufacturing of the smooth "foot", the "foot" with the two-sided pattern, the faceted "lance", the "curl" and "volute" elements, lengthwise coiling of the "torsion" element and the solid "basket" element, and also manufacturing of rings with various diameters. Together with the low power consumption (3KV), "Azhur-1" has a high capacity to produce up to 1000 m of items per month.

Machine for forging of artistic shapes «Azhur-2»

Is designed for manufacturing of the raised pattern on a metal strap and finishing of the edges. A wide variety of the suggested patterns, high speed of manufacturing of a raw product (180 m/h), portability, ability to roll metal without heating – these are the main advantages of this machine.

Materials: rolled metal stock with a square and a round section, and a metal strap; the profile pipe max 40x40x0 mm.

Horizontal hydraulic press «Azhur-3»

Is designed for turning blank parts into various geometric shapes.

This press develops up to 40 t. force, and is defined by high-speed manufacturing of typical details – it needs only 30 seconds to make one profile; it is equipped with a table for working with big tools. The set includes 6 most frequently used blocks, and it’s possible to order more additional blocks if necessary.

Is the newest and most unique invention – it’s designed to manufacture the "spiral pipe" with 32-102 mm diameter. The "spiral pipe" creates an impressive and stylish look, and can be used as a pole for gates, fences, bowers or lanterns, furniture elements and many other items. "Azhurstal" LTD also offers stock-produced "spiral" pipes.

Designed for manufacturing of the "spiral pipe" decorative element from electric-welded or seamless thin-shelled steel pipes with the diameter ranging from 32 to 102 mm.

Combines the functions of both "Azhur-1" and "Azhur-2" machines: knurling of various patterns on a metal strap, pointing of a square plate and knurling of waves on the edge of a square plate; heating of a blank part up to 1000C, manufacturing of the smooth "foot", the "foot" with the two-sided pattern, the faceted "lance", lengthwise coiling of the "torsion" element and the solid "basket" element, curling of the "spiral" element, manufacturing of rings of various diameters.

Combines the functions of both "Azhur-1" basic set and "Azhur-2"machines:
